Description
- White Peony, a type of white tea, is produced in Fuding, Fuzhou, Fujian Province, China. The green leaves with silver-white buds resemble blossoming flowers, and when brewed, the green leaves hold the silver-white buds like a white peony bud in bloom, hence the name "White Peony".
- White Peony is mainly picked from the large white tea trees of Zhenghe and Fuding or a small number of short buds and leaves of the new shoots of the Narcissus species, and is the finest of white teas, also known as Fuding Dabai, Zhenghe Dabai, and Narcissus Dabai, respectively.
- After brewing, White Peony tea has a beautiful and gorgeous form, sweet and mellow flavor, bright apricot-yellow soup color, and light gray leaves with red veins, which is known as "red dress".
- Brewing Water Temperature: 90 degrees to warm the tea leaves, make the tea leaves stretch and then brew with 85 degrees water, leave it for 1 minute and then drink it.
